Backstage Experts is an event aimed at entrepreneurs interested in investing in a catering premise and restaurant owners who follow the new trends in the industry. The aim of the project is to fully show the principles of functioning of the model catering premise. Participants of the event will learn how to efficiently organize and properly run a restaurant that meets the highest European standards. The event "Backstage Experts" has been organized for restaurant owners and entrepreneurs who want to invest in a catering premise. The exclusive restaurant, arranged in a special area, will operate for 4 days during the fair. In the designed in a modern way kitchen and restaurant, the visitors will be able to watch live the work of cooks, waiters, baristas and a receptionist managing the restaurant hall. Restaurant guests will be invited to taste the exquisite delicacies prepared on site by the best chefs. In addition, participants will be able to use assistance from a panel of experts from various fields. Professional kitchen and restaurant equipment suppliers as well as food products suppliers will have their tables in the restaurant area. The restaurant staff, at the request of the guest, will arrange individual meetings with professionals from the catering industry. A series of specialist presentations have been planned as a part of the event, during which chefs will prepare dishes, talk about the culinary secrets, and the experts, who deal with the restaurant equipment, will show the newest, available on the market catering solutions. Schedule of presentations: Menu Appetizer Reservation system: Access to the Backstage Experts area will be possible for the visitors of Gastro Trendy fairs upon prior reservation of a table. One can make reservation for a particular day here. You can make a reservation for a maximum of 4 seats (one table). Due to the limited number of places, it is possible that you will share a table with other guests of the restaurant.
