Unilever Foodsolutions has become the main partner of the special exhibition area know-how for restaurateurs. Unilever will take care of professional moderation, cooks, products and spices, which will be used during the four days of the event.
The event will take it's palce at this year's Gastro Trendy International Trade Fair, an area of 200-300 m2 will be specially dedicated for the arrangement of a perfect kitchen and restaurant and they will operate normally for the whole 4 days. Visitors will be able to watch live the work of cooks, waiters, baristas and a receptionist, the whole will be supervised by a moderator. The event will include more attractions such as shows and presentations prepared by individual partners of the area. In addition, participants will be able to use assistance from a panel of experts from various fields, you will be able to get professional answers to key questions about the organization and operation of a restaurant that meets the highest European standards.
